De Nintendo 3DS is en blijft nummer één en laat alle andere consoles in het stof achter zich, maar Nintendo’s handheld verkocht wel significant minder dan de week ervoor. Terwijl er de week ervoor nog 101.075 over de toonbank gingen, zijn het deze week nog “maar” 64.875 stuks. Het kamp van Playstation had een goede week. De PS3 en PSP bleven rond de vaste aantallen van respectievelijk 15.000 en 10.000 stuks hangen en de verkoop van de PS Vita verdubbelde bijna, waardoor het aantal verkochte handhelds op 13.383 uitkomt, een van de beste weken ooit dus! Dit succes komt onder andere door de nieuwe (Japanse) game Kidou Senshi Gundam Seed Battle Destiny die ook gelijk 3e staat in de top 10 verkochte games, maar ook al gaat het die week “goed” met de Vita, het is nog niets in vergelijking met de 3DS die het ongeveer vijf keer zo goed doet.
